Your Teen Cycle Circle

Your Teen Cycle Circle© was created to communicate to ourselves and our loved ones what's happening in each phase of our cycle. It provides the opportunity for love and support as our body does the amazing work it was created to do!

Find a spot that feels right to you (ours are on our bathroom mirrors) and stick it there for all to see! Move your arrow around the circle and take note each day of what's happening with your body as well as what you might need to support you. The circle is based on a "typical" 28-day cycle. If yours are shorter or longer that's fine! Adjust accordingly!
